SEO for D2C brands on Shopify and WooCommerce.

Organic acquisition inside a full engagement — not a standalone retainer.

See if we’re a fit

Most ecommerce SEO produces rankings without revenue.

The common failure modes: optimising category pages for keywords with no purchase intent. Writing content that ranks but doesn’t convert. Treating technical SEO as a one-off audit rather than an ongoing discipline. Managing SEO in isolation from paid, so both channels compete for the same searches at the same time.

Technical health, category optimisation, content, and coordination with paid.

Inside a Lumos engagement, SEO covers four areas: the technical foundation (crawl health, Core Web Vitals, structured data), category and product page optimisation, content that earns links and drives acquisition, and coordination with paid to avoid cannibalisation and identify where each channel has the advantage.

Lifecycle captures the email of every organic visitor we convert. Paid covers terms where organic takes too long. Optimisation turns organic traffic into revenue.

Organic revenue as a percentage of total — not ranking positions.

We measure organic contribution to revenue, not rankings in isolation. The commercial outcomes we work towards: organic revenue as a percentage of total channel mix, cost-per-acquisition from organic versus paid, and category page revenue per visitor.

Do you work on SEO as a standalone service?
No. SEO is one of four surfaces inside a retained engagement. We don’t take on standalone SEO clients because the work is weaker in isolation — paid, optimisation, and lifecycle all affect what SEO can achieve.
How long before we see results?
Organic search compounds over time. Most clients see meaningful movement in organic revenue within three to six months, with the most significant gains in months six to twelve. We’re transparent about this from the start.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Most of our clients are on Shopify or WooCommerce. The technical approach differs slightly between platforms but the commercial framework is the same.
What does the first 30 days look like?
We audit the technical foundation, map keyword opportunity against current performance, and identify where the fastest commercial gains are. You receive a written diagnostic at the end of the first month.
